Return & Exchange Period You may exchange or return your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items • Custom-made or modified prayer beads • Items damaged through misuse
Return Shipping Costs • If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we cover the full shipping cost • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item and verify its condition.
